My Fitness Pal workshop to track the amount and quality of the food you eat during the 8 weeks.

Weekly Facebook live videos with your coaches discussing all topics nutritional, training and recovery.


Dog FUN day.

Supermarket excursion to show what you should and shouldn’t eat. …….. got to have FUN right?
