CHANGE!!!!

As with the growth of Crossfit Northern Adelaide we will now require member’s to book into class. This will be commencing Monday Feb 11th with the trail period throughout the month of February. Classes will be capped at 12ppl (subject to change VERY soon). Members will be able to book via the website using mind body software – see Wade for your accounts and any queries you may have.

On another note starting Monday Feb 11th there will no longer be any class warm-ups, however you will be required to complete a warm-up prior to class commencing so arrive early. Numerous reason for this decision – please see coaches if you have any question about your mobility.

A few changes have been made to the class schedule so please take time to look over it.
