Ok competitors I hope you are all getting excited and a little bit nervous about the workouts and throwing down on Sunday.

We have put together this update to give you as much info for the day and to ensure we run smooth and on schedule.

All athletes will need to arrive at the box CrossFit Northern Adelaide (7 Barfield Cres Elizabeth West) By 8am.

Registration and payment will be open from 8 am and we plan to have all athletes signed in by 8:30 there will be a athlete briefing for the day at 8:30.

The first WOD will kick off at 9:00am with heat 1, we have divided all competitors into 4 heats and we will release the heat and WOD time schedule for you to become familiarised with.

All competitors must bring any food and drink that they want throughout the day. We will have a BBQ with some snags and bacon, and we will also have some fresh paleo muffins to purchase on the day.

For all the coffee drinkers that will want their hit of caffeine we have organised with Xpress café to offer their service to supply coffee to all.

We will have plenty of shade that we will setup on the day for the spectators and for you athletes to rest under so please get the word out and bring as many people down to support.

As for athlete warm up and recovery area we will have a designated area where all athletes will be able to warm up before each workout. Post workout we will also have a couple of ice baths available for anyone who would like to use them.

Athletes will need to provide all workout gear this includes lifting straps, pull-up grips, weight belts, AND SKIPPING ROPES!!!!!

The day will finish up around 2pm and will conclude with a presentation.
