Ok crew after our successful training session on Sunday (maybe a little bit of sarcasm used there) we are all set for a massive day this Sunday. Crossfit Northern Adelaide is entering both the mixed and open categories which as far as I’m aware will have 3 races per category over 200m. After the race day CFNA will be putting on a BBQ so bring the family and friends along and enjoy what is set to be an epic day.
